We are a limited company with over 10 years of combined experience that specialises in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Feasibility Study, Commissioning and Procurement.
One of the key aspects of our work is to identify potential for improving levels of efficiencies, whether this be in business practices, current procedures, identifying cost saving and potential loss of revenue, or making better use of IT systems.
Work we have undertaken in the last few years includes, amongst other things: taking a lead Business Analyst role in implementing Children and Adults Social Care Systems, developing Children and Adults Finance Systems, building Finance Configuration, liaising with businesses to adapt/improve processes, mapping of business processes, report specification and providing application support to all levels of staff in the use of departmental systems.
